Workshops

MindBall workshops are structured, practical mindset sessions designed specifically for sporting environments.

 

Each classroom workshop delivers clear frameworks and tools that individuals can apply immediately — in training, in matches and beyond the pitch.

MindBall also supports mindset within team environments, helping players respond positively to challenges, communicate well and contribute to a strong team culture.

 

Sessions focus on performance under pressure, emotional control, confidence, resilience and consistency, while also strengthening mental wellbeing.

 

Available as a standalone foundation session, or progressive programmes for deeper development.

MindBall is a performance mindset education service — not therapy or counselling.

Foundation Workshop

The Foundation Workshop introduces the core principles MindBall model and builds awareness of mindset for performance. Players learn what they can and cannot control, and are given practical tools and techniques to manage real situations in everyday life. The session aims to increase confidence, improve decision-making and help young people stay calm in heightened situations.

Programme Workshop

The Programme Workshop expands on the Foundation workshop by delivering the full MindBall model in depth across six structured sessions. It develops stronger a stronger mindset, deeper emotional control and consistent performance behaviours over time.
