The Mental Health & Well Being Workshop creates a safe space to explore mental wellbeing in sport and everyday life, using real experiences from within the professional game. It focuses on helping young people understand their thoughts, emotions and the impact of pressure, while introducing practical tools they can use to support themselves and others.
