At MindBall, performance and mindset go hand in hand.

 

You cannot perform consistently if your mind isn’t stable.

And you cannot protect your mental health without the tools to handle pressure, setbacks and expectation.

 

Our approach blends:

We deliver frameworks players can apply immediately — in training, in matches and in everyday life.

We believe that sport is more than a game — it’s a classroom for life skills, teamwork, and self-awareness. Football and other sporting environments amplify emotions at every level, from grassroots to elite pros.

That’s why the MindBall Model is built on the four corners  — identity, performance, awareness, stability.

Together, the four corners create a balanced, repeatable model that strengthens performance and wellbeing at the same time.

The MindBall Model

Identity 

Understanding who you are as a player and a person. Developing confidence, values, and a strong sense of self both on and off the pitch.

Stability

Maintaining emotional balance and resilience. Learning how to manage setbacks, pressure, and challenges in sport and everyday life.

Awareness

Recognising your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Learning how mindset influences decisions, reactions, and performance.

Perfomance

Applying mindset skills in training and competition. Developing focus, confidence, and the ability to perform under pressure.

I truly believe experiences during my career have given me a gift to help young people, and give them the best chance of being successful in whatever they choose to pursue.
