MindBall

MindBall offers a structured mindset performance and mental wellbeing programme for young people in sport. The workshops support young people in academies, grassroots clubs, schools and community sport programmes, helping them understand how mentality is linked to sustained performance. 

MindBall trains mindset the same way technical and physical skills are trained — through clear frameworks, practical tools and real application.​

MindBall can be delivered across a range of environments including:

  • Grassroots clubs

  • Sports academies

  • Community sport programmes

  • Schools

For players aged 12 and upwards.

The MindBall Workshops

MindBall offers two pathways depending on the needs of the club or organisation.

MindBall Foundation Workshop
A single interactive session introducing the MindBall mindset framework.

MindBall Programme Workshop
A structured six-session programme further developing understanding of how mindset affects performance.
