MindBall offers mindset and mental health and wellbeing workshops for young people, teams, schools, businesses and organisations.

Through a combination of mindset development, mental health awareness and practical performance tools, MindBall helps individuals understand their thoughts and emotions, manage pressure and build confidence in sport, education, work and everyday life.

From building strong foundations to applying these skills in high-pressure environments, MindBall supports long-term development in focus, decision-making, resilience, communication and performance.

The MindBall Workshops

MindBall offers three pathways depending on the needs of the individual, team or organisation.

MindBall Mindset Workshop

A practical and interactive session introducing the foundations of mindset and performance. Participants learn tools and techniques to help manage pressure, improve decision-making, build confidence and stay focused in challenging situations.

MindBall Mental Health & Wellbeing Workshop

An engaging session focused on mental health and wellbeing, helping individuals better understand their thoughts and emotions, develop self-awareness and feel more confident discussing wellbeing and seeking support when needed.
