MindBall Performance provides mindset workshops for schools, grassroots clubs, academies and community organisations.

By booking a workshop or programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email.

A booking is secured once written confirmation has been received and an invoice has been issued.

Payment terms: 7 days from invoice date.

Payment must be made via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may result in cancellation of services.

Client cancellations:

    •    More than 28 days before delivery: Full refund

    •    14-28 days before delivery: 50% of fee payable

    •    Less than 14 days before delivery: Full fee payable

Workshops are educational in nature and are not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment.

The booking organisation is responsible for:

    •    Participant supervision

    •    Safeguarding during sessions

    •    Providing suitable facilities or online access

All workshop materials and content remain the property of MindBall.

Materials may not be copied, recorded, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
