Your story’s so powerful and will change lives in ways you may well never hear about. Thank you for having the courage to share it - it’s even better that you’re willing to go beyond and educate on tools to help, etc.

Mindset Workshop

The Mindset Workshop helps students understand how their mindset influences the way they think, respond and perform in everyday situations. Through practical activities and simple frameworks, students develop confidence, resilience, emotional control and focus while learning strategies to manage pressure, overcome setbacks and make positive decisions. The session provides practical tools that can be applied immediately in school, exams, sport and everyday life.

Mental Health & Well Being Workshop

The Mental Health & Wellbeing Workshop explores the realities of mental wellbeing in education and everyday life, encouraging open conversations around pressure, identity, change and challenge. Drawing on lived experience and practical learning, the session helps students better understand their thoughts, emotions and wellbeing while developing healthy coping strategies. Participants are introduced to simple, practical tools that support positive mental health, reduce stigma, build resilience, and encourage the confidence to seek support and speak openly when they need it.
