MindBall is committed to providing a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all participants.

Workshop Delivery Standards

All MindBall workshops are delivered:

  • In classroom environments alongside club staff

  • Using age-appropriate language and structure

  • Without forced personal disclosure

  • In line with club safeguarding policies

Safety Procedures

MindBall does not provide therapy or clinical services. If any safeguarding concerns arise during a session, they are immediately referred to the club or organisation's Designated Safeguarding Officer.

MindBall operates in line with FA safeguarding standards and UK child protection guidance.

Enhanced DBS checked. Public Liability Insurance in place.
